Job summary

Qualifications

Primary Responsibilities:

PMA is looking for an experienced licensed (PE or SE) structural engineer to lead projects and personnel. The position requires managing projects and people through all phases of design and construction, from schematic design through construction administration. Responsibilities include structural engineering and design, problem solving, client communication, coordination with project consultants, and internal team leadership. Our work includes a diverse range of steel, concrete, wood, masonry, and light-gauge steel structures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil, Structural or Architectural Engineering from an ABET accredited engineering program.
• Licensed engineer (PE or SE)
• +5 years of experience with structural engineering design and document production.
• Strong communications skills internally and with other design consultants.
• Great leadership skills and mentor to other employees.
