• Technical Execution: Perform structural engineering design, analysis, and preparation of calculations, drawings, and construction documents for a variety of project types.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate the work of Project Engineers, Designers, and EITs while providing day-to-day technical guidance and support.
• Client Management: Maintain effective client communication throughout the project lifecycle while supporting repeat business opportunities.
• Quality: Review project deliverables for technical accuracy and compliance with company standards prior to issuance.
• Code Compliance: Ensure all structural designs and calculations meet applicable local, state, and national building codes and regulations.
• Innovation: Promote the use of efficient engineering tools and workflows.
