Job summary

gobravvo in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer, PE to join a dynamic team delivering custom steel and aluminum solutions. The role blends 90% drafting/design with 10% engineering oversight, using SolidWorks to create fabrication drawings and submittals while performing structural calculations and PE stamping.

The ideal candidate will be a licensed PE with a strong background in structural steel design and hands-on drafting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Civil or Structural Engineering (Structural preferred).
• Strong background in structural steel design and SolidWorks drafting.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed drafting and design work for steel and aluminum structural systems using SolidWorks.
• Prepare customer submittals and fabrication drawings.
• Conduct structural engineering calculations for design validation and code compliance.
• Review and stamp engineering drawings as a licensed PE.
• Work with EITs and drafting teams for project execution.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure accuracy and buildability.
