Job summary

A leading construction materials supplier in Houston is seeking a Professional Engineer or EIT to lead the design of multifamily foundations and oversee inspections. The ideal candidate will have a BS degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and 2-5 years of experience. Key responsibilities include preparing repair procedures and functioning as an internal liaison on construction issues. This role offers a salary starting at $90,000, along with benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in engineering preferred.
• Knowledgeable in building construction and sequencing.
• Must be eligible to take the FE/PE exams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of multifamily and residential foundations.
• Prepare repair procedures for damaged concrete/post-tensioning.
• Oversee inspections and prepare inspection reports.
