HNTB is seeking a structural engineer in New York, NY to perform design, analysis and detailing across project phases. You will create analysis models, perform calculations, and provide design support with experience in steel, concrete and masonry.

This opportunity entails being responsible for performing structural engineering tasks such as research for code and project criteria, design calculations, and detailing and design for buildings. Creates analysis models, hand calculations, drawings and performs design engineering during all phases of design, including construction administration. Leverages technical knowledge, experience and client relationships to assist in the execution and evaluation of project designs. May mentor, train and review work of junior engineer staff and provide constructive feedback. As a member of the team, you will contribute to the successful delivery for a diverse range of projects for HNTB’s clients.
