Job summary

Gilder Search Group is currently seeking a Structural Engineer II to join Clayco's design team in Kansas City, Missouri. This position involves working collaboratively with in-house Development, Architecture, and Construction teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, along with at least 2 years of experience in commercial project design. Benefits include a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience designing commercial projects.
• Experience with industrial, mission critical, or life sciences projects preferred.
• Ability to produce code-compliant, coordinated construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop preliminary structural systems.
• Project designs based on construction schedule.
• Assist in solving field issues with site and quality visits.
