Who We’re Looking For:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers through email, phone, and screen-sharing sessions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to plan and present software demos for qualified prospects.
- Engage with potential clients via phone calls, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions to showcase the software.
- Write and publish technical articles and software verifications on the Dlubal website, focusing on North American structural engineering standards.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering required.
- EIT, PE, or SE license required.
- 1-3 years of experience in structural software or design industry.
- Strong understanding of structural analysis and design principles.
- Familiarity with structural design software.
- Knowledge of structural engineering standards such as ASCE 7, AISC, ACI, NDS, etc.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong determination to succeed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively in both virtual and in-person settings.
- Located in the Philadelphia, PA area.
