The role focuses on drafting with Revit and AutoCAD, structural analysis, and practical engineering design for construction access systems. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Civil or Structural Engineering, FE exam passed with EIT status and plans to pursue PE licensure,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required; Master’s degree a plus.
• FE exam passed and EIT status obtained, with plans to pursue PE licensure.
• 1–4 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Familiarity with structural analysis and engineering calculation software.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Motivated to learn and grow within the construction engineering industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering drawings and submittals using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Perform structural analysis, engineering calculations, and design for scaffolding, hoists, mast climbers, and construction access systems.
• Utilize engineering software to support design and analysis.
• Collaborate with sales, field teams, and product development on safe, practical engineering solutions.
• Provide technical support for projects and assist with custom designs.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining safety and quality standards.
