Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in structural design and/or inspections.
• PE license or ability to obtain is preferred.
• Experience with concrete, steel, masonry, and wood design.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, deficiencies, and repair recommendations.
• Design structural systems for new construction and rehabilitation projects.
• Develop calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients.
• Assist with forensic investigations and structural evaluations as needed.
