We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join our Arlington, VA office as part of our Federal Buildings & Infrastructure team. Collaborating with our expert architects and engineers, you’ll design structural systems for a variety of building types including airports, government and mission-critical facilities, data centers, and large-scale manufacturing facilities. Depending on experience, you will either independently execute design tasks or lead technical efforts, mentor team members, and manage aspects of project delivery. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, code-compliant designs while balancing scope, schedule, and budget. Our global network provides access to subject matter experts and opportunities for cross-regional collaboration and travel.
The base salary range for this position is $100,000.00 to $150,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
