Job summary

KPFF Eugene Structural, part of KPFF Consulting Engineers, seeks motivated experienced structural engineers to help build and shape a growing office in Eugene, Oregon. You will work with our Portland team and local clients on diverse projects, delivering first‑class service in person.

Ideal candidates have 3–8 years of structural experience and a PE license with an MS or MEng degree. This in‑person role requires you to be in the Eugene office most of the time, contributing to the local project

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of structural engineering experience.
• PE and MS or MEng degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Join and help build the Eugene Structural office.
• Work independently with minimal supervision on basic engineering tasks.
• Collaborate with BIM/CAD technicians, architects, project managers, contractors and client teams.
