The Ideal Candidate
Proven track record of building, tracking, and ordering materials for structural construction work (highly preferred)
Thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
Excited about construction projects and completing assignments on time
Self‑oriented, organized, great communicator, and approachable
Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site in Black Canyon City, AZ
Experience in self‑perform batching of concrete is a plus
Works with a superintendent to help schedule work shifts, materials ordering, and subcontractor management
Key Responsibilities / Skills
Perform routine duties requiring knowledge of structural engineering principles
Exercise limited judgment on details of work
Perform specific and limited portions of broader assignments
Communicate with subs and vendors to identify and help solve discrepancies
Knowledge of Submittal/RFI/Change process and Purchase Orders
Collaborate respectfully within a team environment
Manage heavy rebar and concrete ordering and tracking for partial bridge demo/rebuild and CMU/Sound Walls
