Qualifications

• PE license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in structural engineering, ideally in parking structures or concrete restoration.
• Strong understanding of structural analysis and repair design for garages and similar facilities.
• Proficiency in design and analysis software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, or RISA.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural inspections and evaluations of parking structures to identify deficiencies and recommend repair strategies.
• Design structural repair and restoration plans, including preparation of construction documents and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients throughout all project phases.
• Conduct construction administration duties, including site visits, submittal reviews, and responding to RFIs.
• Ensure projects comply with local building codes, ADA guidelines, and industry standards.
