Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Structural Engineer based in the Green Bay, Wisconsin Metropolitan Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for performing structural analysis, conducting engineering calculations, designing structural systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additional duties may include utilizing CAD software for design work, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. The role requires active participation in planning, design, and project execution for industrial and commercial facilities, ensuring optimal reliability and functionality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Structural Engineering, including Structural Analysis and Civil Engineering principles
• Expertise in performing precise engineering calculations for structural design
• Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools to produce technical drawings and models
• Strong knowledge of engineering codes, safety standards, and industry best practices
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering; advanced degree or certification is a plus
• Professional Engineering (PE) licensure or ability to obtain it is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
• Familiarity with materials science, construction supervision, or risk assessment is a bonus
