Responsibilities and Experience
  • Structural analysis, design, and detailing for a variety of commercial and industrial projects
  • Design of steel, concrete, and masonry structures for commercial, institutional, federal, and industrial facilities (new and existing construction)
  • Experience with light‑gage steel and timber design (preferred)
  • Strong ability to interpret and review technical drawings and specifications
  • Leadership of structural design team efforts
  • Project management with responsibility for budget and schedule control
  • Collaboration with architects, owners, and contractors to deliver coordinated, high‑quality structural construction documents
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Maintenance of positive working relationships with internal teams and external clients
Required Qualifications
  • Accredited degree in civil, structural, or architectural engineering
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license
  • 10+ years of experience as a structural engineer
  • Proficiency in structural engineering - Ground up new design/ repair design/ structural investigation
  • Familiarity with architectural engineering disciplines
  • Can manage projects from start to finish
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational, marketing, and business development skills
  • Valid driver's license

Compensation and Benefits
  • Approximate Base Salary: $130,000 – $150,000
  • Final compensation determined by qualifications and relevant experience
