Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in structural engineering.
• Engine­er in Training license (EIT) required or in progress.
• LEED AP encouraged.
• Ability to lead by example and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design work on building structures using concrete, steel, masonry and wood.
• Support project team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Review weekly project staffing and understand assigned tasks.
• Communicate with internal teams and escalate issues to Senior Leaders.
• Develop and apply QA/QC procedures and assist with client meetings.
