Job summary

GCW, Inc. is seeking a Structural designer to design structures such as buildings, bridges, and drainage systems in Las Vegas. The role requires strong AutoCAD Civil 3D skills and collaboration with the Project Manager and CAD Technicians.

On-site work in Las Vegas, NV is required. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or technical certificate and at least three years of Civil Engineering experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D, with solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and a related technical certificate.
• Three (3) years of working experience within a Civil Engineering Firm using AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
• Proficient in Civil 3D; strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs and prepares plans and calculations under supervision for projects.
• Assists CAD technicians and coordinates with staff and sub-consultants.
• Maintains organized files for designs and project progression.
• Interfaces with agencies for plan checks and exhibits preparation.
• Supports project management with quality control and supervision as needed.
