Qualifications

• 9-12 years' experience in relevant commercial building design
• Demonstrated career growth that includes project management experience
• Must be a licensed P.E. in the state in which you reside
• Must possess experience designing commercial building structures
• Candidates must be proactive, have strong organizational skill, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be client-service oriented

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design for office buildings, healthcare facilities, sports venues and other large commercial structures.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, institutions and contractors to meet project goals.
• Provide proactive client service and coordinate with teams across projects.
