Qualifications
Must be a US citizen and able to qualify for a DoD Secret clearance.
3 years of professional experience in civil and structural engineering, including 2 years with new construction.
Professional Engineering license preferred.
Responsibilities
Review design requirements and establish design criteria.
Develop design sketches for arrangement of structures and connection details.
Conduct structural calculations to demonstrate code compliance.
Prepare design reports documenting suitability against requirements.
Review and check engineering drawings of structures.
Communicate effectively with project team and customers.
