RS.aero sucht einen Structural Design Engineer (m/w/d) im Aviation-Bereich am Standort Trebbin. Sie arbeiten an der Auslegung und Berechnung von Tragstrukturen aus Metall und Faserverbundwerkstoffen mittels analytischer Methoden und FEM.

Sie erstellen Verifikations- und Nachweisdokumentationen, unterstützen bei Verifizierungsstrategien und Tests und bringen mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung sowie Kenntnisse von Part 21 und CS22/CS23 mit. Englisch fließend, Deutsch-Grundkenntnisse von Vorteil.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Flugzeugbau, Maschinenbau oder ähnlichem.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree or diploma: aircraft design, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, materials science, or similar
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the calculation and design of aircraft structural components, ideally in Part21 development companies
• Knowledge of Part 21 rules and CS22/ CS23 regulations
• Fluent in written and spoken English, preferable at least basic knowledge of German

Your Tasks

• Design and calculation of structural components made of both metal and fiber composite materials using analytical methods and FEM
• Creation of results documentation for the development and verification of structural components
• Support in the creation of the verification strategies and structural tests
