Job summary

Haskell is seeking a Design Associate – Structural to perform basic structural design for assigned projects, progressing toward licensure. This role supports the production of drawings, calculations, and specifications in collaboration with licensed design professionals.

You will develop design criteria, participate in design reviews, support construction activities, and communicate with clients and team members. A BS in civil or architectural engineering is required, with a Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in civil or architectural engineering is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Willingness to pursue PE licensure and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Produces calculations and documents.
• Prepares clear calculations and models using software.
• Develops design criteria and prepares detailed drawings and specifications.
• Participates in design reviews with the project team.
• Responds to RFI’s and reviews submittals for compliance.
• Communicates project information professionally with customers and staff.
