Job summary

HDR is seeking a Structural Design Coordinator in Dallas, TX to conduct analyses and develop design options for structural engineering projects, and assist in preparing cost estimates and specs.

You will perform routine engineering tasks, work independently on small projects or assist senior engineers on larger ones, and provide direction to clerical and technical staff. HDR fosters an employee-owned culture and an inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering required.
• Must be willing to participate in employee-owned culture.
• Ability to work independently on small projects.

In the role of Structural Design Coordinator, we\'ll count on you to:

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates hired without their EIT will have the title of "Coordinator" and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Structural Engineering
