Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in structural or foundation concrete work.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and layout marks.
• Proficient in using measuring tools such as tape measures and laser levels.
• Skilled in tying rebar and setting anchor bolts accurately.
• Knowledge of forming systems and layout for footings, grade beams, and walls.
• Comfortable working around excavation areas and heavy machinery crews.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in all weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• OSHA 10 preferred (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Tying rebar and installing anchor bolts.
• Setting and stripping forms for concrete.
• Pouring and vibrating concrete in various applications.
• Reading blueprints and layout markings accurately.
• Ensuring quality and safety on job sites.
