Job summary

Buckeye Construction & Restoration is seeking a skilled Concrete Restoration Specialist / Concrete Finisher to repair, restore, and refinish concrete structures on commercial projects. This role focuses on structural concrete repair, not general flatwork.

The candidate will perform repairs, remove damaged concrete, and finish to specification while adhering to safety standards on active job sites. Travel is required and OSHA guidelines are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete finishing or restoration preferred.
• Ability to read project specifications and follow detailed instructions.
• Strong attention to quality and safety.
• Be flexible and open to learning new skills.
• Not afraid of heights.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete repairs including patching, resurfacing, and structural restoration.
• Remove damaged concrete and prepare surfaces for repair.
• Form, pour, place, and finish concrete to specification.
• Apply repair mortars, overlays, and coatings.
• Assist with crack repair, joint restoration, and structural strengthening.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety standards.
