US Army Corps of Engineers in Rock Island, Illinois seeks a Civil Engineer (Structural) in a developmental capacity. This position may be filled at GS-07, GS-09, or GS-11 with a noncompetitive promotion to the full performance level anticipated. It is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation for DoD workforce to recruit to the competitive service.

Salary includes locality pay and may vary by grade level. Selection may occur at any grade with future advancement to the full performance level
