Job summary

Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a CAD/BIM Designer to join our Structural team for our Lakewood or Greenwood Village offices to work alongside Senior Designers and Engineers. This position will include the production of structural BIM (Revit) models, families, and contract drawings for various Water, Wastewater, and Pump Station facilities projects.

The role is in‑person, based in Colorado, with responsibility for coordinating across disciplines and ensuring CAD standards are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CAD drafting design or completion of technical school with CAD design certificate.
• AutoCAD 2D skills.
• Autodesk Revit experience/skills.

Responsibilities

• Executing redlines from Engineers and senior CAD Designers.
• Coordinating contract drawing development with multiple disciplines.
• Performing BIM model clash detection and working with various disciplines to resolve conflicts.
• Ensure drawing compliance with company and client CAD standards.
• Providing input on CAD/BIM standards and workflows
• Ambition to learn.
