DataAnnotation is seeking a pragmatic coder who can collaborate with frontier models. You will run agentic coding sessions on real engineering tasks, fix bugs, extend APIs, ship features, and assess how far the model can operate autonomously.
You will document failures, explain the reasoning, rate model outputs, and red-team to reveal unsafe code or confidently wrong solutions before users see them. Remote-friendly, flexible project-based work with competitive hourly pay.
The newest models can vibe-code a whole feature in minutes. Someone has to check whether that code actually works, and that someone is you.
You'll run agentic coding sessions on real engineering tasks, analyze what the models produce, and red-team them until they fail in interesting ways. Every failure you document teaches the next generation of coding agents.
