You will work under general direction, independently developing and implementing solutions that are imaginative, thorough, practical, and aligned with organizational objectives. As a Responsible Engineer (RE), you will own discrete technical packages and provide guidance to less experienced engineers. Your role will involve collaborating across all technical disciplines and engaging in frequent external communication related to routine business.In this role, you will perform and contribute to the design and analysis of structural systems, leveraging a strong understanding of structural analysis techniques such as hand calculations and Finite Element Analysis. You will fully understand and apply technical principles, standards, theories, and concepts, while utilizing general knowledge of related disciplines to enhance project outcomes. Developing and providing innovative solutions to wide-ranging technical problems related to structural integrity will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Working under general direction, you will independently determine and develop approaches to solutions, ensuring technical excellence. You will collaborate effectively across all technical disciplines to ensure project integration and coherence, while providing guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers to foster their development.
