Job summary

Aspiranet is seeking an experienced Social Work Program Supervisor for the STRTP program in Turlock, CA. This on-site, full-time leadership role requires overseeing Social Workers, coordinating case planning, and ensuring trauma-informed, compliant service delivery across cottages.

Lead with a collaborative approach, supervise staff, and balance compassionate practice with regulatory accountability to support youth and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or equivalent with two years of casework experience.
• Meets all state-required conditions of employment (fingerprint, background checks, TB health physical, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to Program Social Workers.
• Oversee case planning, assessments, and transition planning.
• Review documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Model trauma-informed, multidisciplinary practice with residential and other teams.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, contracts, and agency policies.
