Strong Junior QA Manual Engineer
Position in a remote-first AI product studio based in Boston.
What You’ll Do
Review documentation and analyze requirements;
Plan and estimate testing activities;
Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures;
Report and document technical issues, report bugs and errors to development teams;
Create test cases;
Perform manual Functional, Regression, and Exploratory testing (Web, Mobile);
Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing;
Monitor applications and software systems;
Present findings to software development and business user teams;
Effectively collaborate with team members to achieve the best results.
Who We’re Looking For
1.5+ years of industry experience in QA or Software Engineering;
Good knowledge of the QA process, terminology, and methodology;
Experience in manual testing of Web and Mobile Applications;
Good understanding of testing processes, methodologies, and standards (test plan, test design, test case, checklist, SDLC);
Experience in web testing (Rest API and Dev tools);
Successfully completed QA courses;
Autonomy and attentiveness;
Desire to grow and work in a team;
Ability to prioritize their time and dynamically adapt to the team's needs;
Upper-Intermediatelevel of English.
