Formación

• MD or DO and board-certified in Neurology with fellowship training in Vascular Neurology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 5 years post-fellowship experience in stroke care with leadership in academic medicine.
• Strong record of clinical excellence, scholarly activity, and program development.
• Demonstrated success in leading multidisciplinary teams and mentoring faculty or trainees.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of academic and clinical work.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Stroke Division.
• Develop and expand innovative clinical programs including telestroke and stroke care.
• Foster a culture of excellence in research across clinical, translational, and health services research.
• Mentor and develop faculty, fellows, and residents.
• Collaborate with Jefferson Health leadership to enhance stroke care across the health system.
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards, including Joint Commission requirements.
