Job summary

We are currently searching for Stringlight Assemblers to join our team!

The Company: Ericson Manufacturing Company engineers and manufactures temporary power, lighting and electrical safety products for commercial/industrial construction, facility maintenance and other industries. Available Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (M – TH)

Other Shift Options include:

  • 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM (M-TH)
  • 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (M-TH)
General Purpose

Performs repetitive work‑station tasks to produce stringlight assemblies prior to overmolding.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform any assembly-type function, using hand, power tools, small presses and fixtures.
  • Manipulate cables and wires while staking/terminating electrical sockets according to specifications.
  • Inspect, test, and adjust completed units to ensure that units meet specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements.
  • Safely operates any equipment needed to perform job within the assembly.
  • Utilize production job schedules, and confer with supervisors/leads, to determine work priorities.
  • Refer to engineering documentation such as CAD drawings and manufacturing procedures.
  • Record production data such labor time and quantities using ERP system.
  • Inform supervisors /leads of equipment malfunctions that need to be addressed.
  • Clean and maintain equipment, machinery, and work stations on a daily basis.
  • Perform related duties as needed by supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications, Education and Certifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Six months previous work‑related skill, knowledge, or experience preferred.
