A local fitness franchise in Eagle, ID, is seeking Flexologists to provide one-on-one assisted stretching sessions. Candidates must have a background in kinesiology, personal training, or related fields and possess great communication skills. Responsibilities include client interaction, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a best-in-class stretching experience. Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in a fitness/health environment.
• Must pass the Flexologist Training Program including online tutorials and practical training.
• At least 1 year of hands-on client training in a fitness/health setting.
• Ability to create a positive, welcoming environment with strong empathy.
• Completion of StretchLab Flexologist Training Program (40 hours online, 2 days, 20 hours).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to clients.
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout sessions.
• Handle member concerns and assist in sales as needed.
• Record client notes and schedule weekly recurring appointments.
• Ensure client safety and enforce StretchLab policies.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and educate on sessions.
• Assist Sales and GM with first visits, events, and sales as needed.
• Maintain and clean equipment for ready client use.

StretchLab is seeking kinesiology/exercise science graduates, licensed physical therapy assistants, certified personal trainers, certified strength & conditioning coaches, athletic trainers, and corrective exercise specialists to join our Flexologist teams. Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to clients of all ages and all walks of life.
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions.
• Build and retain StretchLab membership through exceptional customer service.
• Managing client care by delivering a best-in-class stretching experience, updating client notes consistently, and booking clients' weekly recurring appointments.
• Ensure the safety of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and required educational presentations.
• Handle member concerns when applicable.
• Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with first visits, offsite events, and sales as needed.
• Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time.

Required Qualifications

• Love of boutique fitness environment is a must – passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
• Prior certification/degree/license required from a nationally recognized organization/university in one of the following fields:
• Degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science/Sports Medicine/Corrective Exercise, etc.
• Personal Trainer, Athletic Trainer, or Strength & Conditioning Coach
• Physical Therapist or PT Assistant
• A minimum of 1-year experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provided hands-on training with a client.
• Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people.
• Fantastic communication skills and the ability to exude empathy.
• Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve goals.
• Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable, and adhere to our attendance policies.
• Must successfully pass our Flexologist Training Program™, which includes 40 hours of online tutorials, a two-day workshop, and 20 hours of practical training. No other training program matches the breadth and depth of StretchLab's FTP.
