Job summary

Stretch Zone Chesterfield is seeking a confident Stretch Practitioner to join our Chesterfield, MO studio on a part-time basis. You will deliver practitioner-assisted stretching sessions and help clients achieve mobility and wellness goals.

This role is ideal for individuals with a fitness or wellness background, a strong work ethic, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Training is provided, with a compensation structure including hourly pay and uncapped commission.

• Strong communication and confidence speaking with clients and prospects.
• Background in fitness, wellness, recovery, or mobility.
• Coachable and open to structured training; motivated by performance-based commission.

Stretch Zone Chesterfield is hiring confident, outgoing, and driven individuals to join our Chesterfield, MO. studio as a Stretch Practitioner.

This role is ideal for individuals with a background in fitness, sports, personal training, physical therapy, massage therapy or similar knowledge in body mechanics.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable recommending and selling membership‑based services
• Goal‑oriented and motivated by performance‑based commission opportunities
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Required: lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, sitting, squatting, typing, speaking
