Job summary

StretchPlex in North Wilmington is looking for an Assisted Stretch Technician (Body Coach). You will guide clients through 25- and 50-minute one-on-one sessions to improve mobility and reduce pain, delivering a hands-on, high-touch experience.

Ideal candidates have anatomy knowledge, hands-on bodywork or training, and strong communication. Paid training ($850 value) and growth opportunities accompany part-time or full-time schedules.

Qualifications

• 1+ year hands-on bodywork, personal training, or therapy experience.
• Strong foundation in human movement and anatomy.
• Empathetic communicator and reliable team member.

Responsibilities

• Lead 25- and 50-minute one-on-one assisted stretch sessions.
• Assess client flexibility, posture, and range of motion.
• Educate clients to increase engagement and results.
• Provide safe adjustments for alignment and movement patterns.
• Maintain client relationships and follow safety protocols.
• Suggest packages and rebooking based on goals.
• Keep notes and provide stretch homework for progress.
• Support studio upkeep and participate in staff meetings.
