StretchLab is seeking qualified practitioners to join our team as a Part-time Assisted Stretch Specialist. The role involves delivering one-on-one stretches, ensuring client safety, and promoting client retention in a boutique setting.

Candidates with certifications in personal training, athletic training, massage therapy, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Training is provided by StretchLab, with career progression into Lead or Master Flexologist based on performance.

Assisted Stretching / Flexologist™ position

StretchLab is seeking personal trainers, athletic trainers, massage therapists, and dance/yoga/Pilates instructors and other similarly certified individuals to join our team. This is an amazing opportunity to gain training and experience in a new modality that is taking the fitness industry by storm.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Love of the boutique environment with a passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility
• Required background with certification such as:

• Personal Trainer
• Athletic Trainer
• Massage Therapist
• Physical Therapist
• Pilates Instructor
• Yoga Instructor
• Dance Instructor
• Chiropractor

• Experience working in a fitness/health environment providing hands-on service
• Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
• Love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve goals
• Professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to attendance policies
• Available to go through our employer-paid Flexologist Training Program which includes 20 hours of prework online tutorials, 2 days of in-person/hands-on training and practice hours.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
• Ensure safety of clients with regard to proper stretch techniques
• Enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
• Be a useful part of retaining current clientele
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• This position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $16-$30 per hour based on experience and bench vs. idle time

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour to start

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
