Job summary

STRETCHMED WESTFORD is seeking a part-time Stretch Therapist to join our growing team. Our CSTs deliver 1-on-1 sessions using PNF and static stretching, helping clients move better and reduce pain.

Candidates should have a Personal Trainer Certification, license, or related degree, strong communication, and the ability to stand for extended periods. In-person work with flexible scheduling and benefits like PTO and discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Personal Trainer Certification, License, or degree in exercise science or related field.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during sessions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and passion for helping clients.
• Ability to learn and follow StretchMed systems.

Responsibilities

• Be positive, proactive, and punctual with a professional work ethic.
• Attend staff meetings as required.
• Handle client concerns when appropriate.
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout their sessions.
• Assist in the membership sales process.
• Perform 1-on-1 Stretch Therapy sessions using STRETCHMED protocols.
• Explain stretches and build rapport with clients.
