Massage Envy Union Landing is hiring as a Stretch Provider to help clients improve flexibility, mobility, and performance using bodywork skills.

Full-time and part-time schedules are available with day, evening, and weekend shifts, plus benefits and training programs. Licensing and certification requirements vary by location in California.

Qualifications

• Licensed or certified as applicable in California
• Experience delivering stretch/soft-tissue services is preferred
• Passion for improving clients’ wellbeing and fitness goals

Responsibilities

• Deliver Total Body Stretch services to improve flexibility, mobility, and performance
• Identify client needs and set clear expectations during sessions
• Maintain client engagement throughout sessions to achieve goals
• Suggest follow-up visits and additional services to support wellness goals

Qualified Candidates:

• A Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, Massage Therapy Student, or Bodywork Specialist
• If MT: Satisfy all licensing/certification requirements to perform services in California
• If CPT: Have a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field OR a current personal training certification from an accredited program
• If MT Student: Have completed 300 hours of massage therapy education
• If Bodywork Specialist: Have worked a minimum of one year in fitness coaching, therapeutic bodywork, or related field AND meet field-specific education and licensing/certification requirements.
• Have a genuine passion for improving the lives of others
• Eager for growth and desire to build on their bodywork mastery

Day-to-Day:

• Deliver customized Total Body Stretch services to promote clients’ flexibility, mobility, and performance
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals
