StretchLab - Woodbury MN is seeking flexible professionals to join as Flexologists for one-on-one assisted stretches and small-group sessions at our new Woodbury location. You will work with clients to improve mobility and flexibility, delivering engaging stretches while maintaining a welcoming, boutique fitness environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes for clients.
• Encourage, customize, and motivate clients throughout sessions.
• Build and retain membership by expanding personal client book of business.
• Ensure client safety and enforce studio policies during stretches.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist in studio tours, memberships, and retail sales.
• Maintain a strong social media presence to grow client base.
• Keep equipment clean and in good working order; attend staff meetings and trainings.

We are looking for fitnessprofessionals, personal trainers, massage therapists, physical therapists, dance/yoga/Pilates instructors, and stretch professionals. POSITION:

Flexologistwill provide one-on-one assisted stretches as well as lead guided group stretching classes for our clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possessing a genuine enthusiasmforboutique fitness andwellness environments.
• Passionate aboutstretching, recovery, mobility, and flexibility.
• Must enjoyconnecting with people, and exhibitan authentic, evidentdesire tohelpthem achieve goals tolive their best life.
• Personable and friendly, and ableto create a positive environment that welcomes all people.
• Possessing excellent, positive communication skills that are able to express authenticempathy.
• Fitness certification in one or more of these backgrounds is preferred:
  • Personal Trainer
  • Physical Therapist
  • Pilates or Yoga Instructor
  • Dance Instructor
  • Massage Therapist
  • Stretch Professional
  • Chiropractor
• Experienced in working in a fitness/health/wellness environment,providing hands-on training with clients.
• Possessing a professional work ethic. This includesbeing reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to anattendance policy.
• Must be available to attend our 3-day Flexologist™ Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials +3 days of in-person/hands-on training (you will be compensated for this time).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliverone-on-one assisted stretch sessions + group stretch classes ofup to 6 clients at a time.
• Encourage, customize, and motivateclients throughout stretch sessions.
• Build StretchLab membership and retaincurrent clientele by building your own book of business.
• Ensuresafety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab polices and safety rules while customizing to the needs of each individual.
• Provide positive,outstanding customer service.
• Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tours, membershipsales, and retail sales.
• Assist in maintaining a strong social media presence to increase client membership and retention.
• Clean and maintainequipment regularlyto ensure itsavailabilityfor client use at anytime.
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations.
