Job summary

Stretch Zone Palm Coast is seeking a Stretch Practitioner with a background in kinesiology, exercise science, athletic training, health science, or fitness. Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus!

This role blends assisted stretching, client education, and consultative skills, making it ideal for fitness professionals and recent graduates who enjoy working with people and helping them to feel better, move better, and live better!

Qualifications

• Degree or coursework in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Health Science, Athletic Training, or related field.
• College-level Anatomy and Physiology.
• Prior sales experience or customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions.
• Apply anatomy and physiology knowledge in client sessions.
• Build long-term client relationships and improve retention.
• Participate in relationship-based, consultative sales conversations.
• Provide excellent customer service in a professional wellness environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming studio.

IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY! (Students and graduates - Kinesiology/Exercise Science/Health Science)

Stretch Zone Palm Coast is seeking a Stretch Practitioner with a background in kinesiology, exercise science, athletic training, health science, or fitness. Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus!

What You’ll Get

• $16/hour Base Pay
• Up to $5/hour Activity Pay

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Degree or coursework in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Health Science, Athletic Training, or related field
• College-level Anatomy and Physiology
• Prior sales experience or customer service experience a plus!
• Strong communication skills and professional presence
• Comfortable discussing pricing, memberships, and programs
• Experience in fitness, personal training, athletics, or sports performance is a plus

Schedule Requirements

• Weekday afternoons and evenings
• Weekends (preferred)
• Schedule will start part time, with the opportunity to become full time
• Initial 1-week paid stretch certification will require a minimum two weekdays of remote training
