Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking dynamic fitness professionals and exercise science graduates for in-person roles in Scottsdale. The positions offer full-time or part-time hours, with training on our modalities and a clear path to advancement.

Starting pay is $18–$22 per hour, with monthly bonus opportunities for sales-certified roles. Applicants should have college-level anatomy and physiology coursework and a background in fitness or wellness to join our team.

Qualifications

• AA or BS in Exercise Science or a Related Field with Anatomy & Physiology coursework (Highly Recommended)
• Fitness industry experience (Highly recommended)
• Energetic, forward thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
• Well organized and self-directed team player
• Good educator who is trustworthy and willing to share information
• Detail oriented individual
• Strategic contributor in long and short range strategic planning
• Effective listening skills necessary to elicit options and ideas in support of team relationship

Responsibilities

• Learn and test out on Stretch Zone modalities after week-long training
• Be a dynamic presence in health, wellness and fitness professions
• Contribute to sales and client engagement during sessions
