Job summary

Stretch Zone is hiring for a part-time or full-time team member at our Portage, MI location. You’ll support customer experiences in a hands-on fitness-stretching environment, learn the Stretch Zone method, and contribute to a high‑energy team focused on client outcomes.

The role emphasizes organization, reliability and strong communication, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing training. Compensation starts at $18–$19 per hour, with monthly bonus opportunities for certified sales growth.

Qualifications

• AA or BS in Exercise Science or a related field with Anatomy & Physiology coursework (Highly recommended).
• Fitness industry experience (Highly recommended).
• Well-organized and self-directed team player.
• Good educator who is trustworthy and willing to share information.
• Detail-oriented.
• Strategic contributor in long- and short-range planning.
• Effective listening skills to elicit options and ideas in support of team relationships.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting pay: $18-19/hr.

Monthly bonus opportunities if advancing into a sales‑certified position.

Schedule

Full or Part Time, 20-40 hours per week. Monday‑Saturday availability 7am‑8pm with 4‑ to 8‑hour shifts.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• AA or BS in Exercise Science or a related field with Anatomy & Physiology coursework (Highly recommended)
