Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking motivated Health, Wellness & Fitness Professionals to join our team in a hands-on role focused on stretching sessions and member outreach. You’ll help clients improve flexibility and movement while building welcoming relationships and a clean studio environment.

Training is provided, including nationally accredited certification coverage and hands-on instruction. Flexible scheduling supports nights and weekends, with a direct track to lead practitioner or management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized stretching sessions using Stretch Zone protocols.
• Assess each member's needs and apply the appropriate stretching techniques.
• Create an exceptional, welcoming experience for every member.
• Help clients improve flexibility, mobility, athletic performance, and movement.
• Build meaningful relationships through outstanding customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment.
• Assist with member and prospect outreach.
