Job Summary

We are seeking a Flexologist to join our successful studios, StretchLab Campbell and StretchLab Willow Glen. As a Flexologist, you will provide one‑on‑one assisted stretches for our clients. Responsibilities include assessing clients’ needs, guiding patients through stretches, and educating patients on the benefits of stretching. You will create at‑home plans for clients so that they can continue to improve between visits. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the human anatomy and the musculoskeletal system, and work well as of a holistic wellness team.

Responsibilities

• Perform one‑on‑one stretch sessions to all major muscle groups
• Educate clients on the services and products offered as well as the therapeutic benefits of stretch therapy
• Collaborate with team to create an individualized stretching plan for each patient
• Maintain accurate records of each session
• Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments
• Build relationships with clients to assist them with meeting their wellness goals
• Ensure a clean and safe facility
• Complying with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications
