EōS Fitness in Peoria, AZ is seeking certified professionals to deliver assisted stretching services to our members. This hourly position offers a path to help grow a brand-new stretching program with strong demand and flexible opportunities.

Responsibilities include assessing member needs, delivering personalized stretch sessions, promoting training services, and maintaining a safe environment while building client relationships and driving membership referrals.

Qualifications

• Experience in fitness/health environments delivering hands-on assisted stretching.
• Ability to create a positive, inclusive environment for all clients.
• Strong communication and empathy to connect with people.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one stretch services to clients.
• Engage, encourage, and coach clients throughout sessions.
• Prospect, develop and retain stretch clients.
• Present and sell training services.
• Ensure client safety by applying evidence-based stretching protocols.
