EōS Fitness is seeking qualified professionals to join our team in Queen Creek, AZ. The role centers on delivering one-on-one assisted stretch services, assessing member needs, and driving friendly sales of training options while maintaining a safe gym environment.

Candidates must hold a national fitness certification or equivalent, with CPR within 30 days. This hourly position offers competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and membership perks for you and a family member.

Qualifications

• National Fitness Certification, degree or graduation from an approved trade school required.
• Certifications accepted: Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, Physical Therapy Assistant, Pilates Instructor, Yoga Instructor, Licensed Massage Therapist, Athletic Trainer
• Ability to create a positive, inclusive environment and excellent communication

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one stretch services to clients.
• Engage, encourage, and coach clients throughout the session.
• Prospect, develop and retain stretch clients.
• Present and sell training services.
• Ensure client safety by applying evidence-based stretching protocols.
• Present nutritional supplements that would benefit members' fitness results.
• Provide customer service and develop resolutions to address concerns.
• Assist Fitness Counselors and Management with tours and sales as needed.
• Disinfect and maintain all equipment for client use.
