The Strength and Conditioning Coach is a full-time, on-site role based in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area. This position is responsible for designing and implementing evidence-based training programs that improve strength, power, speed, agility, and overall athletic performance for a diverse group of athletes. Day-to-day tasks include conducting performance assessments, leading individual and group training sessions, monitoring athlete progress, and adjusting programs based on performance data and goals. The coach will educate athletes on injury prevention techniques, proper lifting mechanics, recovery strategies, and safe use of training equipment. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with other performance staff, maintaining a positive and motivating training environment, documenting training plans and outcomes, and supporting ETS standards for professionalism, safety, and client experience.
