Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
D1 Training Lincolnshire is seeking a Youth & Adult Strength & Conditioning Coach for part-time hours at our state-of-the-art facility. Help establish coaching standards, lead high-energy group sessions, and expand into personal training and camps as the facility grows.
We value coaches who can teach movement, build relationships, and drive member results. Availability on weekday mornings/afternoons/evenings and Saturdays is preferred.
Help us build the standard from day one.
We’re willing to pay for exceptional coaching talent — and create more opportunities for coaches who perform.
This is more than an opportunity to coach a few classes each week. High-performing coaches can expand their role through personal training, small-group training, camps, clinics, team training, and additional responsibilities as our facility grows.
Already coaching or training somewhere else? We’re open to talking with experienced coaches looking for the right opportunity to expand their career.
D1 Training is an athletic‑based training facility for adults and youth athletes ages 7 and up.
Our mission is simple: You pick the goal, we help you get there.
We combine expert coaching, proven training systems, and a high‑energy environment to help athletes improve performance, build confidence, and reach their goals.
Every workout follows D1’s 5‑Star Training Methodology: Dynamic Warm-Up → Performance → Strength → Core & Conditioning → Cool Down
Additional opportunities may be available in personal training, small‑group training, camps, clinics, team training, athlete testing, and specialized programming.
We’re looking for coaches — not just fitness enthusiasts.
The right candidate:
We’re especially interested in coaches with availability during weekday mornings, weekday afternoons/evenings, and/or Saturdays.
We are open to different availability combinations and do not expect every candidate to be available for all time blocks.
Specific scheduling and coaching opportunities will be discussed during the interview process.
Group coaching compensation ranges from $25–$50/hour based on experience, credentials, responsibilities, and demonstrated coaching ability.
Experienced coaches with a proven ability to lead groups, develop athletes, build relationships, and contribute beyond the training floor will be considered toward the upper end of the range.
Beyond group coaching, coaches may have opportunities to increase their earnings through personal training, small‑group training, camps, clinics, team training, and specialized programming.
As D1 Training Lincolnshire grows, coaches who demonstrate ability, initiative, relationship‑building, reliability, and results will have opportunities to take on greater responsibility and expand their role.
If your impact grows, we want your opportunities to grow with it.
We’re not simply looking to fill coaching hours. We’re looking for talented coaches who can help us build D1 Training Lincolnshire.
If you bring energy, demand effort, build relationships, take ownership, and genuinely care about helping athletes improve, we want to meet you.
If you’re ready to coach with purpose, develop your craft, and be rewarded for the value you bring, apply today.
