Job summary

XKIG is hiring a Streetlight/LED Foreman in the United States to lead day and night crews across streetlight projects. You will plan assignments, monitor progress, and maintain direct communication with Clients to solve problems and ensure timely completion.

You’ll train crew members, enforce OSHA safety standards, and coordinate materials and resources for multiple sites. The role requires a minimum of 4 years in construction/maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 4+ years of construction/maintenance project experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work 40+ hours including nights/out of town.

Responsibilities

• Plan assignments for day and night Streetlight/LED crews.
• Communicate with Customers/Client Company and resolve issues.
• Inspect crews in the field to ensure timely goal achievement.
• Train new crew members and ensure proper safety practices.
• Coordinate with Customers to ensure materials are available for work.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and establish safe working conditions.
