Job summary

Bolder Adventure Park is seeking a Street Team Member to promote the park at events in Grand Prairie, TX. You will handle transactions, answer questions, and upsell attractions while ensuring guests have a positive experience.

This part-time role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced booth environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is preferred. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Card Handling: Accurately handle card transactions including receiving payments, issuing refunds, and providing change when selling merchandise/tickets at events.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly.
• Park Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of Bolder Adventure Park attractions, ticket pricing, specials, and promotions to assist customers with their questions.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the event booth area clean and organized.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other Bolder Adventure Park staff members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Closing Duties: Perform end-of-day procedures
• Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures regarding card handling, customer service, and safety protocols.
• Upselling: Encourage customers to try additional park attractions, park promotions, merchandise to increase sales and enhance customer experience.
• Punctuality: Always be on time.

Job Summary

As a Bolder Adventure Park Street Team Member, you will be responsible for promoting Bolder Adventure Park accurately while providing excellent customer service. You will handle answering questions about the park at special events, pass out passes and encourage guests walking by booth to stop by, engage with people at the festivals/events in a positive and upbeat personality and ensure that customers have a positive experience during their interaction with the booth.
